PrintScan Pack Online stores SKU catalogs, uploaded shipping documents, packing progress and print history on the operating computer. The activation API does not upload these records. Product images using web links may contact the image provider to load the image.
Activation and account data
The service holds company name, customer email, contact phone, a hashed computer identifier, the device’s public encryption key, subscription dates, password hashes, device-token hashes and activation records. Licence request files contain the computer identifier and public key, not the private key.
Verification and delivery
Background licence checks transmit device identity, an authentication token and a one-time challenge over HTTPS. Optional activation email sends a link to the approved encrypted licence. Server access logs and short-term rate-limiting records may include IP-related information.
Access and retention
Administrators manage account and subscription records. Contact KNhyana about corrections, account closure or deletion requests. Local operational data and backups are managed by the customer. The website owner should maintain a documented retention schedule for server records and backups.
Website storage
The licence centre uses an essential session cookie for sign-in and form protection. This package does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
