Activation and subscription
Downloading the software does not grant a subscription. An administrator must approve your request and issue a computer-bound licence. Access is limited by the approved subscription expiry and device allowance.
Offline operation
A valid saved licence allows local operation during an internet outage until its saved expiry. Verification is attempted periodically when reachable. A signed server rejection blocks further licensed operation until access is restored. Offline computers cannot receive immediate remote revocation.
Renewal and replacement computers
Arrange renewal with KNhyana before expiry. Online renewal is retrieved through verification; offline renewal requires an updated approved licence file. A replacement computer or Windows account requires a new request and administrator approval.
Printing and supported files
Validate the supplied label format and printer settings before bulk operation. Printed status records submission to Windows, not guaranteed physical delivery. Check uncertain output before retrying. Support for ZPL commands and source platform formats is limited to implemented and validated formats.
Customer data and backups
Customers control local order data, access to packing computers and their backups. Do not distribute your credentials or encrypted activation files. Contact support before moving or restoring an active packing database.
